Bad Service @ Cafe Cartel

I've nv had positive feelings at Cafe Cartel ever since my previous 2 bad experiences at 2 of its branches. But to my dismay, i visited the Raffles City branch of Cafe Cartel abt 2 yrs later since my last bad experience at Plaza Singapura branch onli to be filled with disappointment once again!! =(

I mus be damn unlucky or cursed with Cafe Cartel.

Many yrs ago, if any of u recall, there used to be a Cafe Cartel @ Muhd Sultan, same stretch along Eastside. I was there for some food on a quiet night and i was one of the last 3 tables left. I ordered a pizza and happily waited for it.

But, i waited for more than 1 hr until i got a little pissed off cos im finishing up my drink and i dont c why it is taking so damn long to bake 1 small pizza and there isnt much customers left at the cafe??!!

I was given a big shock when my pizza was being served. It was sooooo damn cold instead of a hot piping pizza!!! This really sent my blood boiling cos it is definitely not something logical to wait for more than an hr onli to be served a cold pizza??

I was so upset with it tat i asked for the mgr to reject this cold pizza. Pizzas are not meant to b eaten cold!! From there, the mgr offered me 2 slices of cakes as an apology. Of cos, i wasnt charged for that mouthful pizza which i bite on.

About a yr later, i visited the Plaza Singapura branch for lunch. I ordered a pork ribs main course which my ex-bf ordered another main course. His dish arrived before me so i asked him to go ahead to eat first as i expected my pork ribs to be served shortly.

Seconds went by and minutes flew past. He is finishing his main course soon while I'm starting to get a little impatient with my pork ribs nowhere in sight!! I asked the server wad is going on and finally, when my pork ribs arrived, it was COLD AGAIN!!! -____-

This really sent my blood up boiling again!! I wld love my dish served cold if im ordering sashimi or Cha Soba but helloooo, im ordering PORK RIBS!! It shld be served hot!! I had the feeling of being served a left-over dish and this of cos, was being rejected by me!!

Once again, i asked the mgr for a comment form and in return, i got another 2 slices of cake again.

This time round, after like 2 yrs since my last visit, i went to the Raffles City branch
