Which Sony Ericsson???

I just received a $200 Starhub voucher in my mail today as my line is due for upgrading. Since I've just bought a 1GB memory card, I believe I shld stick to a SE phone.

Look through the starhub website and shortlisted these 3 phones but which one to choose??
