More First Aid!!!

Its more first aid training today but this time round, we learnt how to do a 2-man CPR. Chim rite? Yea.. Its coordinating CPR with another person. Not an easy task but still, everyone passed the exam.

Later on, we learnt how to handle ppl who choked or rather, choking ppl!! The 2 methods of helping them either by adomenen or by chest. As well as ppl who are choked and unconscious!! Gosh~

Not forgetting infants who are choked/choked and unconscious!! Its definitely a high level of difficulty esp when infants are soooo fragile!! Whenever i c a newborn, i dun quite dare to move them much or carry them. Let alone to lift them up and do CPR?? I reali cant imagine!!

Nevertheless, we have jus another 1 and half days more of First Aid before we move on to another stage of training.

Its already 12 July!! I cant wait for 5 Sep to come!! OMG~~
